2. REGISTRATION STEPS

  • Click on the Membership/Conference Registration link (item 5) to register through our online form.

  • Pay via cheque (to be mailed in) or PayPal

3. PAYMENT REGULATIONS

  • Payments may be made by cheque (mail in) or PayPal; no cash or credit cards can be accepted.
  • PAYPAL: a unique PayPal link will be emailed to you once you complete the registration form.
    • PayPal payments include a $5 service fee to cover PayPal charges

4. MEMBERSHIP TIERS (Early Bird rates have ended)

Join CAEDHH-BC and reap the benefits of being a member!  

  • Regular fees: Oct 2, 2017 onwards (Conference fees go up by $65)

  • No refunds after October 13, 2017

A Full Member is a professional who holds a Master’s degree in deaf education or equivalent. A member can also be any teacher or administrator working in the school system.

  • $140 – Membership*
  • $190 – Conference

Any individual not wanting membership is welcome to register for the conference at the corporate tier

An Associate Member is any profession affiliated to the field of deaf education such as SLPs, audiologists, auditory verbal therapist, health professional.

  • $100 – Membership
  • $190 – Conference

A partner is any retired teacher who is not currently employed or a student* in a full-time postsecondary program while not working.
*Students who volunteer to help with the conference are eligible to attend the conference for free.

  • $80 – Membership
  • $190 – Conference

An Ally is any paraprofessional such as (S)EA, YCCW, ECE, interpreter, a parent of a child who is DHH, support/advocacy groups (CHHA-BC, GBYS, H&V, FNDC, DYT, etc.). The Allied Tier does not include membership.

$365

A Corporation is any vendor or corporation. Conference rates for corporations can be substituted by a $300 prize/gift donations. Any individual not wanting membership is welcome to register for the conference at the corporate tier. The Corporate Tier does not include membership.
